What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

What is your terms of payment?
A: CIF 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, TT .

What’s lead time ?

A: About 20 days for full container load after deposit ,7 days for less than container load after deposit .

Can you accepet sample order ?
A: Yes, we can accept sample order for testing .

How long will we get a reply after we send you an inquiry?

A: We will reply you within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry within the working day.

Can you make a customized product?

A: Yes, we develop and produce products based on drawings or samples provided by our customers.

Do you have standard parts in production?

A: Yes, in addition to customized products, we also have standard parts that are common in the industry.

What is the payment method?

A: When you quote, we will confirm with you the trading method, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. In mass production, we usually pay 30% advance payment first, then see the balance of the bill of lading. Most of the payment methods are T/T, of course, L/C is also acceptable.
