Q4. Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q5.What is your sample policy?

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.We
will refund you the sample fee when we have longer cooperation with established quality.

Q6. What is your main products and advantageous products ?

A:Our main products have 3 parts.
Lighting system – led headlights projector headlights oe type headlighs tail lights corner lights …..
Injection parts – hood grille, fender flare, front bumper, front bumper lips
Exhaust system – cat back system, muffler, muffler tip…

Q7.What about your payment terms ?

A:Usually we accept TT,30% deposit in advance, the balance before shipment.
Or western union and trade assurance on Alibaba.

Q8. What is the delivery time & transport time?

A:The delivery time is depending on the quantity of order, but most of our goods are in-stock; please contact us for specifics;
For international express, it’s usually around 7-1 5 days from China to your country;
If shipping by boat, it’s around 20-35 days to the port of your country.

Q9. Do you offer package with customized service?

A:We can make the package with logo according to you need, please confirm the details with us, such as quantity, color,
package......etc.

Q10. When I discover the broken products, what should i do?

A:We have QC department to guarantee the quality before delivery, if the goods broken while you receive them, please take some
pictures and contact us, we will reply you within 24 hours
